Locating a Chapter Near You

If you wish to have the contact information for a chapter near you, please click on your location on the
map below and fill out the form that will appear. The information will help us determine if there is a
chapter near you, and, if there is more than one chapter in your town, the information will help us find
the chapter closest to you. All information is confidential and is not shared with anyone. The information is only used to try to find you the closest MOMS Club chapter in your area.

• Make sure your email is set to receive messages from someone who is not in your address book. If
  your system automatically blocks all outside emails, we have no way to reply!
  
  
• Only send ONE email. If you haven't received a reply within a week, then the first one may have
  been lost and do please resend, but wait at least a week! Our volunteers work very hard to answer
  all emails within the day they are received, but vacations, ill children or family schedules may mean a slight delay. Sending additional emails will not get your answer faster! It only slows down your answer because there are more emails to reply to!
  
  
• Please do not send in solicitations or business offers. We do not accept solicitations and if you
  send one, your email will not be replied to.
  
  
• If you are writing about a situation or concern in your local chapter, please do not use this
  form. Instead, write, email or call your chapter's Primary Coordinator. If you do not know your
  chapter's Primary Coordinator, ask your Regional Coordinator. If you need to contact your Regional Coordinator, write us at momsclub@aol.com and put "Please forward" in the subject line. In the body of your email, include your name, chapter name and state/province, who you have already talked to and describe what you need. If you include all that information, we will forward your email to your Regional Coordinator. If you do not include all that information, we will not be able to reply or forward your email. We do not answer nor forward anonymous correspondence so be sure to use your full name and the name of your chapter.

If you are having any difficulty with this on-line form or haven't gotten an answer in a timely manner, we've been having some glitches with our system. You can also email us at momsclub@aol.com and our volunteer there will link you up with our Inquiry Moms who will contact you directly. Be sure to put "Inquiry" in the subject line, and include your name, address, state, zip code and email address!
